Cancellation of the Sales Agreement In the following section, 'we', 'our' and 'us' means the Guarantor, and 'you' and 'your', the Buyer.

A Consumer or Trader with Consumer rights that has made a purchase in our online store may, without any reason, cancel the sales agreement within 14 days from the delivery of the product.

A Consumer or Trader with Consumer rights may cancel the sales agreement by completing a statement of cancellation.

To meet the deadline, it is enough to send the statement before the end date.
A Consumer or Trader with Consumer rights is responsible for returning the equipment to the Guarantor immediately, yet no later than 14 days after cancelling the sales agreement. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send the equipment to our address before the final date. The product that is returned cannot show any signs of use.

We are obliged to immediately, yet no later than 14 days after receiving the statement of cancellation from the Consumer or Trader with Consumer rights, return all payments (without delivery costs). However, we can freeze the repayment to the Consumer or Trader with Consumer right until we receive the equipment or proof of it having been sent, depending on which is first.

In case of cancellation of the sales agreement, the Consumer or Trader with Consumer rights needs to only pay for the return of the product.

The Consumer or Trader with Consumer rights is responsible for the decrease in value of the product resulting from their use beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product,

We give refunds the same way the payment was initially made by the Consumer or Trader with Consumer rights unless the Consumer or Trader with Consumer rights has clearly stated that they prefer a different way, which is not connected with any additional costs for them.
RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

Any complaint connected with a product or sales agreement can be filed by the Client in any form. We prefer them to be sent in written form to. Tomasz Głusek AGREKOM Al.Wolności 22, 41-219 Sosnowiec, Poland, or via email to: info@agrekom.co.uk.

In order for us to process the complaint swiftly, we recommend including the following information: forename and surname, address, email address, phone number, the product being returned, and the order number (if possible), together with the Client's demands, an explanation describing the fault, date of noticing the fault, and also, if possible and when emailing the complaint, photos of the fault.

We respond to the complaint within 14 days of it being filed.

If the product has a fault, the Client may:

• make a statement about lowering the price or cancellation of the sales agreement altogether, unless we are able to quickly and without any excessive inconvenience for the Client, replace the faulty product with a fault-free one or to simply fix the fault;

Such a limitation does not apply if the product has already been replaced or repaired by us, or if we had not done enough to replace it with a fault-free product or to fix the fault. Instead of our suggestion of fixing the fault, the Client can demand replacement of the product for one that is fault-free, or instead of replacing, fixing the fault, unless achieving what the Client wishes is impossible or would require additional costs compared to the option proposed by us.

We may, however, refuse to compensate the Client if it is impossible to make their demands comply with the sales agreement, or, if in comparison with another option, achieving a fault-free product would require unnecessary costs. We handle the costs of repair or replacement.

A Customer who wishes to exercise their guarantee rights is required to deliver the faulty product to Tomasz GłusekAGREKOM Al.Wolności 22, 41-219 Sosnowiec, Poland. In the case of Consumers and Traders with Consumer rights, we cover the postage costs.

We are responsible under the warranty if the physical fault is confirmed within two years of the Client having received the product.

Complaints – warranty exclusions.

The seller shall exclude their liability in respect of the guarantee to the Customers who are Traders and those who are Traders with Consumer rights.
